Wife and I tried this taco truck during our weekend get away, and it was fantastic! Food was ready quick and it was delicious, best Mexican food I’ve had in a while! Would definitely recommend if you’re in Chelan!

Honestly this is our all around favorite place for mexican. We eat here 1 meal per day of our trip to Chelan each summer. Our favorite is the Asada Alhambre with rice and whole beans and the Quesabirria. Their homemade corn tortillas and guacamole are amazing. If you are gluten free make sure to ask for the corn tortillas gluten free or they may be dusted in flour.

They did a great job with our large order of 10+ meals ready in less than 30 minutes and packed very well for a large group. They clearly labeled everyone's food and labeled it with the price so that we could pay back our food runner. Then there was the quality of the food. Everyone was very happy with their food. I personally ordered the nachos. I thought they would be enough for two meals given the portion, but they were so delicious I finished them in one sitting.

Best tacos in Chelan. Long wait times during lunch. Outdoor dining too on picnic tables. Really good food. We come here every year for our annual chelan vacation.

I had the Asada fries and they were really good . Huge portions!!! The service is good. The atmosphere is okay as it is a taco truck with outdoor seating, so not the best atmosphere but is acceptable for the establishment.

The quesabirria is my absolute favorite! Though everything we've tried has been delicious and their green and red sauce is full of flavor! Very popular so expect a longer wait, especially during peak lunch and dinner hours. It's definitely worth the wait though!!

I loved the quesabirria! I ordered three tacos, but two would have sufficed - they are large and stuffed with meat. There are some tables in the parking lot if you want to eat there, but most were getting it to go. My wait for my order wasn’t too long.
